Calibrated NDVI Imagery

Relative NDVI Imagery is a useful tool for analyzing relative changes across an area, but to improve overall crop consistency and determine specific crop management approaches, calibrated NDVI images provide much more detailed and relevant information, enabling comparative uniformity measurements over time. Since NDVI is based on the amount of light that plants reflect, VineView works hard to make sure that we account for changes in ambient lighting by performing detailed air and ground spectral calibrations, to deliver the most accurate data possible.

Calibrated NDVI image, showing absolute differences in plant vigor over an area (actual NDVI values). Resolution is about .75 meter per pixel.
