Why VineView

Why choose VineView? Here are just a few reasons:

Calibration: Scientific calibration is one of the most important aspects of remote sensing, and we've made it one of VineView's top priorities. All of our data is radiometrically corrected and normalized for ambient light and atmospheric conditions. Our classified NDVI images give you information that is more detailed and more accurate, helping you make better decisions for this season and the next.

Resolution: Using superior equipment and sophisticated calibration techniques, VineView provides image resolutions between 0.5 and 2 meters per pixel (and even up to 5 inches per pixel) in each wavelength, available as prints, online downloads, or through Google Earth.

Research and Development: We are continually working with other professional scientists to improve our products, providing new solutions for specific management objectives. Currently, we are validating leaf area mapping and thermal/NDVI data integration for irrigation management. We have recently implemented on-aircraft atmospheric and ambient lighting data corrections, and inertial guidance and camera control for real-time automated georeferencing. We are also testing GPS guided miniature helicopters for remote sensing research applications. We're bringing you the future of agricultural remote sensing.
